Sorry, this one seems to have fallen through the cracks. Could you specify a bit more?

There are existing CVs on data capture, how would this CV relate to these?

Requests for Controlled Vocabularies (as opposed to enumerations) should be filed in CV. Note that you can "move" an issue to another list. Click on the "..." on the upper right of this page and select move.
