During previous meeting, it was decided to focus on two main activities:

• Basic understanding of questionnaires

• Tools comparison

The first activities will be handled by the Guidelines group ; Becky will send an invitation to volunteers (Ami, Susana, Jon, Romain) ; the meeting will be held before April meeting. People would best prepare this meeting by reading the “Existing Resources” provided in the https://ddi-alliance.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DDI4/pages/3510763543 page.

Oliver’s group on tools will also meet in a dedicated meeting ; Thomas and Guillaume offered their participation to this group next meeting ; one of the main focus will be to produce a comparison matrix for a list of questionnaire design applications.

Philippe ask what is expected from the Real life examples group. At 1st, raw examples of existing questionnaires would be directly useful ; at some point, annotated ones will be even more useful (and would be probably part of some guidelines or best practices document). Those example would probably highlight differences in design:

• due to the dichotomy between questionnaires being documented after the fact and questionnaires design upfront, particularly in metadata driven survey tools

• due to different collection mode
