A quick meeting for a quick tour of the subgroups progress:

• Guides and best practices - Two meetings so far, the 1st one was a discussion on the objectives of the group, the raw material that we want to use ; the 2nd was mainly about outlining the content of the document. The group subpage contain links to the notes document (a Google Doc) and to the other material. Wendy mentions that some standard exist for framing guidelines documents, she would stay informed on the writing of this guide via the subpage.

• Real life example - The group had one meeting, the 2nd will be this afternoon. Already examples from CSO, Closer and Pogues have been gathered. Work is tracked on this Google folder:https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Bz1OXIFArKxro4hthqAq2RqpXcYJ1bOm

• Tools - No meeting so far, Romain will reach out to Oliver to grab some planning information.

• Also, Wendy informs the group that a DDI Alliance Google document space will be created in order to provide a time proof storage for documents and also means for external contributors / reviewers to help.
