  • No updates because the next meeting will be the 21st of May

• Tools:

  • Oliver didn’t have time to set up the initial meeting for the group. He propose a quick call after this meeting with other members to choose a date. Romain will try to attend to at least the 1st meeting if available.

  • Oliver also made a short comment the upcoming shared document space and also probably a common video conference solution

• Real life examples:

  • Two meetings since last meeting ; some DDI C examples will be added to the pool ; next steps will be for documenting the good parts of those examples (“what a good sequence looks like”, etc., “custom field”) ; this will probably fits directly into the Best practices document

  • Next meeting is June 10th

• Scientific community annual meeting, 22nd of May:

  • Romain will give an update for the group ; he will provide a couple of slides to the group before the meeting in order to get feedback.
