DAta Tag Suite (DATS)

DATS is a model for describing datasets for discovery, developed initially for the NIH Big Data to Knowledge Initiative bioCADDIE project and now being extended within the NIH Data Commons Pilot project.

All the information about the model is available in Github. The documentation about DATS is available here.

The model is defined by a set of JSON schemas (see schema repository). The schemas can be visualised here (also available through the documentation page).
