Does DDI-LIFECYCLE have an element where to use a controlled vocabulary for Type of Data Access?

CESSDA would need an element for Type Of Data Access CV This CV would have a categorisation of acess to data (data files), not to metadata.

Access has a TypeOfAccess field (codeValueType). Review the links between content and access definitions to verify that access to levels of data and metadata can be clearly identified.
