Minutes of Team Meetings 

What does this team do?

Define the information gathered in the early part of a new study or statistical process. This would include definition of such areas as the research question or business purpose, proposal development, background research, justification, and data management plan. 

In terms of the GSBPM it would cover topics in Section 1: Specify needs -

Identify needs, Consult & confirm needs, Establish output objectives, Identify concepts, Check data availability, and Prepare business case

In terms of the GLBPM it would cover topics in Evaluate Specify needs -

Define research questions, universe and high-level concepts; evaluate existing data and publicaitons; establish outputs & needs infrastructure; define specific concepts to be measured; plan create timetable and identify eneded infrastructure, and prepare proposal and get funding.
