      1. Finding and reaching out to speakers

      2. Finding a common date for speakers to deliver webinar

      3. Finding a common date for a pre-webinar meeting with all speakers

   4. Webinar promotion and coordination

      1. Create webinar description (tip: use this template) to go out in webinar registration/emails to lists

      2. Work with CODATA (Laura) to get a Zoom link for the webinar registration

      3. Liaise with DDI groups (see b) and with Jared/newsletter folks to promote the webinar

      4. After the webinar: Get recording and load to DDI’s Youtube (we’ve not done this but need to start).
