  2. Unit-Unit_Type-Universe-Population_Sept26_2023-kk-new_hm deck - reviewing this deck together - new version

  3. DDI_TL_Intro_to_Concepts_Sept2023.pptx deck - awaiting SB review (sent Sept 14)

  4. DDI_for_researchers_and_data_managers_July_2023 - awaiting SB review - Hayley will follow up with SB - Sent in July - follow up after 30th Sept.

  5. How_to_use_the_DDI_Training_Materials_v5 deck - needs final link to site page before it can be sent for SB review

    1. Reference: feedback (no changes needed)

    2. ACTION: draft a site page for suggested slide decks to be used together and send that draft to Jared

    3. ACTION: Get a placeholder page and link to add to deck - Oct update - KL emailed Jared

  6. DDITL_12_1_0_Data_Quality_Webinar - no updates - revisit in 2024; needs edits from TG feedback

    1. We need to decide on a consistent message about structured/unstructured metadata; slide 29/providing an example of schema vs textual

  • October Discussion: How to Publish Slide Decks - Map out protocols

    • Who does the upload? -Kathryn unless we need another group member to do it.

    • How many new slide decks/updated slides should we have before we do the uploads?

      • 1 is enough

    • Who to notify/where to promote? - bring this to the training group meeting

    • Who does the notifying/promoting? - bring this to the training group meeting

    • Actual steps to uploading (filenames, communities, keywords, authors etc.) - based on the previous

Outstanding slide decks and actions:

  1. Programmer’s Intro to DDI - Dan, Arofan - on hold for now
