      • We should make it a practice to specify the audience of the slides - general or specific, broad or detailed, etc.

    • Kaia updated the unit type slide deck - new version Oct 25

      • Kathryn will add last changes

      • If there are any decisions not finalized we can take them to the working group chairs; if final, send to scientific board (2 months to review); then slide group publishes on zenodo

    • Dan working on Concepts deck - updates?

    • Understanding metadata deck - updates pending; Dan will take a look

    • Discuss translation priorities for slide decks; Alina has volunteers to translate slides to French

    • Hayley sent out a draft of the How_to_use_the_DDI_Training_Materials slide deck for us to review

  • Reminder: Kathryn can’t make it to the Nov. 1 Training Group meeting - can anyone do the report out for our group that day?

  • Next meeting is Nov 22 to avoid conflict with EDDI

  • Notes about slide process:

    • Sub-WG shares slide decks with the whole WG and the TC chairs (1 month).

    • Sub-WG makes updates to the slide decks where necessary or provides comments to feedback if not necessary.

    • Sub-WG decides when the slide decks are final. WG chairs make any final decisions if they cannot be resolved. Feedback and resolution will be documented

    • WG chairs submit the slide decks to the SB for approval (2 months).

    • SB provides sign-off before Sub-WG adds the slide decks to Zenodo for publication.
