  • Process of approval- Slides to be sent to the scientific board for approval and Exec to inform them. AP to check with Jarad - DONE and agreed. 
  • Slides not ready for editing: 

    • DDI for Researchers and Data Managers

    • DDI for Funders, Managers, Lawyers, and Ethics Committees

AP- Deadline for AG editing September. ACTION Arofan to produce a work plan/schedule so we know when work will be needed from this group and can identify areas and ask for help from others. 

(do we have an idea of which slides will need most work, and do we have an idea about the areas of knowledge this group will need help with- so we can recruit more help)

Outstanding:

  • Hayley Mills Add guidance on how to combine slide decks, or suggested sessions - in the how to use slide deck. ACTION to write up a draft to add to the Training Materials introduction to disucss with group.
  • Attribution slide (to be discussed in training group?)

  • DDI CDI slides to be created from webinar slides (lower priority)

  • Organisation of slides - 2 levels: high level intro by audience and topic specific intros. (already done in the spreadsheet) DONE.

  • Datasets and studies level slide deck missing (notify gaps group?) 

  • Remove mention of tools from slide decks;

    • DDI for researchers and data managers

    • DDI-C vs DDI-L vs DDI-CDI

  • Check if there are links in the slides and whether they should be removed.

  • Presentation notes needed - AG to identify these?

  • Aim to publish beta version by end of September website (to discuss with website group)

    • Release a set of slide decks first- a coherent package e.g

  • How to use the slides

  • Request help from the wider training group for input into slides ACTION Hayley Mills to ask Jane to add to agenda
