Classification

Purpose	The Classification view incorporates the objects required to represent and manage classifications in DDI 4.0.
Description of view	The Classification view covers the structure and description of classifications, the management of classifications, and the relationships amongst classifications.

The objects in the Classification view correspond to the GSIM 1.1 concepts of Classification Family, Classification Series, Statistical Classification, Level, Classification Item, Classification Index, Classification Index Entry, Correspondence Table, and Map..

We need to decide whether the Classification Index and Classification Index Entry belong in DDI 4.
Will GSIM 1.1. or XKOS vocabulary be used.
