2024 Aligning Technology Architectures with Cross-Domain Metadata Models
Topics and Working groups
Syntax Representation of the DDI-CDI Model
This topic will look at how the DDI-CDI model can be represented in different syntaxes and programming languages, and activities related to this subject.
Modularity of the DDI-CDI Model and W3C-DDI Collaboration
This topic will look at several different areas of potential collaboration between the DDI Alliance – primarily around DDI-CDI – and the W3C, based on preliminary discussion.
DDI-CDI Tools Development and Integration
This topic will focus on software development to support the use of DDI-CDI.
Describing Non-Quantitative Data
This group will focus on extending the DDI-CDI Model to describe non-quantitative data, relying on existing W3C approaches and building on the work from the 2023 workshop.
This is a group which will help other groups in documenting their work and producing consistent outputs.
