Simple Data Description/Complex Working Group

The group convened to model physical datasets based the casading variable model which was put togther by Daniel Gillman and Jay Greenfield prioir to the sprint.
It was decided through the initial disccusions that Instance Variable belonged at the application level and was therefore not a logical / conceptual object.

From there the basis of the thinking was centred around a "from the ground up" approach, using the "create table" definition from the TSQL standard the minimum requirements to describe a
dataset and its variables was esablished. The cascading variable model was then slowly overlayed onto this, resulting in a robust model which caters for the simple dataset the group was tasked
with describing, but also goes along way to describing more complex datsets as well.
