Deadline to identify areas of work to be completed: 31th March? 

  • Minor changes to be completed as go along

  • Major changes should be identified

  • New DDI things (e.g. DDI 3.3 and DDI CDI) which have not been included should be identified 

Deadline for all presentations to be completed: 30th April? 

What to look for in presentations:

  • Structure of presentation 

    • Title slide

    • Outline

    • Acknowledgement end slide?

  • All slides completed (i.e. not work-in-progress)

  • Notes with further explanation (are they needed and do they make sense)

  • Any obvious gaps in content (and if possible identifying what they are)

  • Formatting including logos (e.g. font size)

Review notes which include the state of the presentation slides, any amendments needed, gaps in content identified etc. Content table to be added to a slide at the beginning of each presentation slide deck. Once we have finished with a presentation then this will be noted in the column Finalized for editing? (Y/N) and then Arofan can begin working on editing if able to.

ACTION: @Anja Perry (Unlicensed) to add extra column with location of the file when moving them. I asked my colleague and sharing links to individual files and working on them in the cloud is possible but a bit tricky. I’d suggest to work with the link above.
ACTION: @Anja Perry (Unlicensed) to add extra column with page numbers for helping divide the work DONE. But I didn’t find all the slides from the table in the folder “Formatted presentations”. We’d need to check for that.
ACTION: @Anja Perry (Unlicensed) to add any extra presentations which have since been created to the spreadsheet and to the new folder. DONE.

 

ACTION: Once the group has been finalised (Martine to join if possible), and Anja’s actions complete, we will divide the slides up between us for reviewing, using the spreadsheet and organising via email. DONE
