  1. Variable cascade deck - Dan to work on (email from Chantal on contents from Flavio 25-6-2024)

  2. Controlled vocab deck - Cat read, fedback to group and Kathryn edited as well

  3. Questions and Instruments slide deck - Kaia to review updated version

  4. Updated decks with v1.1 on Gesis box - still waiting for Zenodo to update permission so I can edit - Resolved

  5. Korean translation - 3 decks published before EDDI

  • programmers deck - Alina - new programmer to review in September

  • Update on the work on the self-training DDI support (this is an example of their work) : it is a work in progress, the person in charge attended the French training we gave last Friday with Hilde and asked a lot of questions about exercises or games on DDI. We already have some of those; Alina plans to find them and translate them into French. - Alina to try and find it or recreate it, to update slide deck “DDI Codebook or DDI Lifecycle (add CDI)” to include link to spreadsheet to make sure we don’t loose it - Alina to do in August / September and will update after that

      • Our problem is to find authors for these. Dan is a possible person to write them, but he can't do them all. Hilde might have the time for some. We need firm commitments to determine who else is needed.

  5. 2025 meetings - usually last Tuesday of the month, I can’t do 27 & 28 Jan (Mon & Tue), next meeting on 20th Jan Monday okay? Then back to last Tuesday of the month for the rest of 2025? Apart from Nov & Dec

  4. Questions and Survey Instruments in DDI: Maximizing the Value of Your Metadata - Kaia to review updated version

  5. DDI Codebook or DDI Lifecycle (add CDI) - Alina is working on it

Actions from this meeting:

  1. Update Spreadsheet with status, notes/actions, full title, who with, latest file name, etc. - Cat ongiong

  2. Create a Published Decks spreadsheet with all the published slide decks so everyone can try and map to the training “Flowchart” - Item 2 from Discussion for this meeting - Cat Done

  3. Categorize each Published Decks on the spreadsheet (one column for each person) and add comments to column G. Possibly extend / modify “Categories” table? - ALL

  4. Publish updated decks as they are - Item 3 from Discussion for this meeting - Cat Done
