  • Currently working on:

  1. Concepts_version_13_July25_2023 deck - sent to SB for review Sept 14

  2. Unit-Unit_Type-Universe-Population_July25_2023 deck - reviewing this deck together - we removed a couple unnecessary slides and added the internal use slide to the beginning

    1. Kaia will add example diagram connecting concepts and unit types (slide 25)

    2. Kathryn will add text to slide 22 to segue/shift to addition of concepts

    3. Dan - can we resolve comments from earlier slides?

  3. DDI_for_researchers_and_data_managers_July_2023 - awaiting SB review - Hayley will follow up with SB - Sent in July follow up after 30th Sept.

  4. DDITL_12_1_0_Data_Quality_Webinar - no updates; needs edits from TG feedback

  5. DDITL_11_1_0_Understanding_Metadata_Feb2023 deck - update - consider having two group members finalize this deck - we need to decide on a consistent message about structured/unstructured metadata; slide 29/providing an example of schema vs textual

  6. How_to_use_the_DDI_Training_Materials_v4 deck - we should proceed with changes from feedback for the slides, and draft a page for suggested slide decks to be used together and send that draft to Jared

    1. once we have a page we should add a link to it in the slide deck; Kathryn will ask Jared for a placeholder page and link

  7. Implementing_FAIR_w_DDI_2023 deck (no changes from April version except filename - awaiting SB review - Hayley will follow up with SB - Sent in July follow up after 30th Sept.

Outstanding slide decks and actions:

  1. Programmer’s Intro to DDI - Dan, Arofan - on hold for now

    1. Older technical slide deck examples: Gesis box Review WG DDI_OldTechSlides.zip.

      1. Ensure that these are used when more technical/detailed slide decks are produced.

    2. Maybe there will be hackathon content we can use - KL emailed Ingo about intro content

  2. Questions and questionnaires slide deck - part of Training Fair for EDDI - low priority at this time

    1. Hayley has a newer version from when she presented; will share when we finish the other slides
